Refund policy

Refunds & Returns - We do not offer refunds on products after they have been shipped. Items are only made as orders are received. If for some reason your order is lost or damaged during shipping to you, we will replace the item for free, but customer must pay new shipping fee. This does not apply to limited edition items that come with a COA, as those items are not print-on-demand; we only make a small quantity that cannot be replaced.  We cannot offer refunds of original shipping prices paid.  If you have any issues with your order delivery, please contact us at dtstudios3d@gmail.com.
